Dear Parents/Guardians:
G4K Mailbox Club is a Christian Bible lesson course through the mail (not email) for children ages 5-12* who live in Arizona*. Each child enrolled will receive age-appropriate lessons/stories; handwritten notes; prayer partners; and a certificate & special gift for completion of each course (# of lessons in each course varies depending on age of child).
All for FREE (except the cost of postage stamps)!
Each child needs parent/guardian permission to enroll in the G4K Mailbox Club.
To enroll your child in the G4K Mailbox Club, please download the enrollment form below; print it out (two pages); clearly print your child’s information on the enrollment form; cut it off; and mail the form to:
G4K Mailbox Club, PO Box 7477, Surprise AZ 85374-0107
The first lesson will be mailed to your child right away.
