Gospel Party & GospelFest (VBS)

Here is an exciting opportunity to reach children in grades K-6th with the Gospel in neighborhood homes, apartment complexes, churches, schools, daycare centers, or anywhere they gather together.  You can host a Gospel Party or GospelFest (VBS)!

A Gospel Party can be held on any day for any occasion including holidays, birthdays, beginning or ending of school celebrations, etc.  The main Gospel Party used is the Colors of the Gospel which is themed around the five colors of the Wordless Book. There are other themed Gospel Parties that can also be used.  

Gospel Parties are 1 to 2 hours in length.  At each Gospel Party, the Gospel is clearly presented, and an invitation to receive Jesus as Savior is always given.  The children will also have a fun time singing songs, learning a Bible verse, hearing a Gospel lesson, playing games, and eating a snack.  All children will take home Gospel literature, a Bible if they do not have one, and other prizes that would be earned.

A GospelFest (VBS) stretches out a Gospel Party for 5 days of fun instead of just one. There are various themed GospelFests that can be used.  Each day the children will learn a new Bible verse and hear a different Gospel lesson all centered around the theme.  More songs, games, and/or crafts are added to the schedule as time allows.

GospelFests are 2 to 3 hours in length each day. You can schedule it for five consecutive days, or it can be scheduled for five consecutive weeks meeting the same day and time each week. A GospelFest can be held any hours during the summer or after school hours during the school year.

What are your responsibilities for hosting a Gospel Party of GospelFest? You will need to fill out a host form; pass out the invitations/permission slips that will be made for you; provide the snack; and be a helper at the Party or Fest. There are no other costs for hosting a Gospel Party or GospelFest.
